A bedtime favorite created with my family in mind.

Being a busy, large homeschool family, our days were often full from morning until night. I created this blend as something simple we could add to our family's bedtime routine—a familiar aroma that signaled it was time to settle in for the night.

Sweet Dreams Pillow Spray combines the soft floral aroma of lavender and chamomile with bright, gentle citrus notes of bergamot, mandarin, and tangerine.

Simply mist your pillow at bedtime and enjoy the soft botanical aroma as part of your nightly wind-down routine.

TO USE:
Lightly mist 1–2 sprays onto your pillow at bedtime. Allow to dry before lying down.

INGREDIENTS:
Witch hazel, chamomile, bergamot, mandarin, tangerine, and lavender essential oils.
