I mean, is perimenopause even fair? 😂

We already survived puberty. Many of us went through pregnancy—some of us more than once—and all the hormonal changes that came along with it.

And now, here we are AGAIN, going through another major hormonal shift that seems to affect absolutely everything.

Our sleep. Our moods. Our patience. Our weight. Our skin. Our hair. Our joints. Our memory. Our body temperature. And apparently our newfound ability to hear someone chewing from three rooms away. 😂

Is it really any wonder we're emotional, irritable, exhausted and completely overstimulated some days?

And the kicker?

Perimenopause can last YEARS.

So yes, this shirt is a little sarcastic. But if we're going to ride this hormonal roller coaster, we might as well laugh along the way.
