This shirt is pretty much my motto!

Lifting weights has become a huge stress reliever for me. When so much of life feels outside of my control, the gym gives me a place to focus on something I can control—showing up, getting stronger, and taking care of myself.

And then there’s Jesus. Because no amount of lifting can carry everything life throws at us. My strength may grow in the gym, but my real strength will always come from Him.

I actually have this design on a tank top, and I wear it to the gym at least once a week. It’s definitely one of my favorites.
