Hot Flashes & Hallelujahs

There was a trend going around where people added “hallelujah” after words and phrases—usually the things that were testing them the most.

So naturally, I paired it with perimenopause. 😂

Because really, what else can we do when our core temperature suddenly jumps 20 degrees? When we walk into a room and have absolutely no idea why we're there? Or when we're lying wide awake at 2 a.m., exhausted but apparently not allowed to sleep?

Hot flash? Hallelujah.
Brain fog? Hallelujah.
Wide awake at 2 a.m.? Hallelujah.

Sometimes you just have to laugh, trust Jesus, and say HALLELUJAH through it all.

Because some days...that's all we've got.
