Hormones. Oh, how they can change your entire life. 😂

Can you suddenly hear someone chewing from another room? Does every little noise make you question your sanity? No? Just me?

Some days, perimenopause has my patience hanging on by a thread, and I need Jesus and silence before I completely lose it on someone I love. 😂

A little faith, a little humor, and preferably a whole lot of quiet.

Because the hormones are wild… and my need for Jesus and silence is REAL.
