Cougar Puberty 😂

The first time I heard someone call perimenopause “Cougar Puberty,” I about died laughing. Because really… is there a more accurate description?

It’s like going through puberty all over again—mood swings, hormones, breakouts, body changes and emotions that seem to have a mind of their own.

Except this time we’re older, more tired, and have reached the glorious stage of life where we just don’t care about nearly as much anymore. 😂
